Youth Group that sounded like a blast: On a really hot night in the summer (so this would have to be in a summerTT) get ice blocks (1 per kid) take them to Mt. Tabor Park, use the ice blocks as "sleds" to "sled" down the grassy slope. This allows for sledding in a place w/o much snow. Something my kids did in H.S.
