We invaded and occupied a nation, dismantled their security forces, and let loose a civil war (through gross incompetence, malevolence, or both). 655,000 people are dead as a result, who would otherwise be alive today. We pulled the trigger that set this all in motion. Preemptive war is morally bankrupt. It is nothing more than infanticide as political means. Lest we forget, it also happens to be illegal. Bush, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Pearle, Feith, all of them should be in the dock at the Hague facing charges of crimes against humanity. Don't give me any of this bullshit about not supporting the troops.
