She bit me when I finally caught her. Our secretary and her husband ran them to the Humane Society before any of us could get attached to them. Once again, here's to school secretaries -- you rule. Kit-kits are awfully cute. Awfully glad we caught them before mowers got here (10 minutes ago. Yikes.) They're maybe a week old, tops. Awfully glad they're not going home with me, adorable as they are. Edited to add: Humane Society said, Too young, can't take 'em. So mama and kit-kits are now living in the spare bedroom of our awesome, incredible, gorgeous and sweet school secretary. Their little blue eyes have just barely opened. We are super-heroes, no?
