I once heard the Clash described as the band “fronted by this skinny guy who looked like he was going to lose his mind if you didn’t let him sing.” Or something like that. Anyway, I thought that summed it up nicely.

We now always play “rock the casbah” when we go on road trips. Cuz we are rockin’ the casbah ourselves, we are. Sort of. If you have a good imagination, and realize that the old ryads in the medinas are all being bought up by Europeans.
