It’s August, ladies. And those of you who are ten months pregnant have Wacky Mommy’s empathy. So here are a few little comments my Wacky Sister sent me, to cheer me up the August I was ten months p.g. with Wacky Girl:

PEACE AND LOVE to the Wacky Mommy of my late friend David Johnson. He was an Oregon boy, who I knew from about 20 years ago. A bunch of us used to all run around together, when we were mere children. We lost touch. He was killed in Iraq. God rest. His mom is going to join Cindy Sheehan, deep in the heart of Texas. You rock, mamas.
And, in more trivial news: Did they steal the other pumpkin yet? No. But they did try to steal the neighbor’s car. And a few years ago, they stole my neighbor’s bathtub. Which was in her driveway at the time. (They were remodeling.)

Mix:
1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup dry powdered milk
Mix ingredients. Add additional milk if necessary to make the dough pliable. This dough is extremely edible. (Not for kids under age one.)
