Happy Sunday. Blech. It’s raining. I don’t like the rain. But, happy Sunday anyways. There: I was cheerful.
On a happier note, I finally made Oatmeal Patties, which I’ve been meaning to for at least a week. Don’t worry, they’re almost as bad as they sound. ;) Actually, it’s quite nice for a semi-vegetarian choice. Especially with mashed potatoes. Of course, it might only be about the mashed potatoes. Maybe we’ll never know.
